Went for morning run with Anna, i say run loosely as we only jogged 2k... Both of us were tired this morning... Me definitely more so than her. Not sure if i'm a morning runner. It was total pain for my calves and achilles. We did the trail for half the way so it was mud, grass, gravel and hills. Definitely felt harder. In total we did a distance of 4.57k. Am pleased we're going farther each train. Just really need to work on my endurance!!
